The Life + Times of Me

I felt so much better this morning. My leg only hurt a couple of times. Then…last day of color guard tryouts… I swore I wouldn’t pick up a flag. But how will they learn it right if I don’t show them or help them move their body/arms the right way? Needless to say I took all my meds tonight and got my steps in right next to my bed my swinging my arms and not moving my left leg. At all. Because it hurts so bad I just want to cry. Here’s to hoping I taking resting seriously and get back to 100% asap. 🫠🙃😩
Back in the school building today! 👩🏽‍🏫 I think 1-2 days a week is my max y’all. I’ve got multiple things going behind the scenes (and right up in your face if you follow my stories).
