Fall is in full force. And in some places you are getting a cold front today or tomorrow! I will take the cooler temps but the crazy wind and back/forth between hot and cold is not my favorite. So to cheer myself and you up, I’m sharing some of my favorite recipes that I actually cook for my family this time of year.
First up is ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS. However, you should know by now that I love pressing the easy button. In this case, it is the air fryer button. Add whatever seasonings you like, find the best temp and time based on your air fryer, and viola! Want the actual recipe for the ones that tempted me in the first place? Here you go.
Next up is LASAGNA CUPS. Also an easy button. Because while I love pasta and Italian, sometimes the process for either is long and not fun. Enter muffin tins and layering you can do with your kids. Easy. Use whatever meat or meat substitute, add extra cheese (I do), and enjoy in a very short amount of time. But be careful. This hearty but simple dinner will quickly make the regular rotation and you’ll want to eat more than the suggested amount.
And last but not least, we need a dessert! And of course it should be Taylor Swift cookies because hi it’s me. Swifties unite or at least dessert lovers unite. These cookies should be a fall/holiday staple. Find a typed out recipe with mouth-watering images here:
