But somewhere between the early school mornings, the busy business days, and trying to hold myself together through another gray day stretch, I realized I needed something gentler. So I started stacking tiny habits: • something warm to sip • a few deep breaths outside, even if the sun refused to show up • slow movement instead of pushing myself • real support for my mood and gut That last one? Not much is better than a Monday that is also December 1st. ☺️🎄📚 My calf follow-up this morning was good, 6 more weeks of recovery most likely, but progressing nicely. Had breakfast with the hubby, ran a few errands, and got books for the month from the library. Happy should about cover it!
